Google has a lot of advanced features, such as page caching, and a large index of over 1,346,000,000 web pages!
A great Australian search engine.
Hotbot will search for files, as well as webpages.
An Australian search engine, with the ability to exclude words, and search the world.
Lycos has a thousand features, including an MP3 finder, and file search functions.
Ask Jeeves is a natural language search engine, which means you can use phrases such as "What is Intel's web site?"
Altavista is one of the best search engines, with a language translater, and more.
A Meta-search engine, which means it will show results according to what is in each pages description.
Not one search engine, but many! Dogpile will search several of the most popular search engines at once.
Powered the by famous Infoseek© search engine, C|Net's search is highly useful when searching for technology related sites.
Featuring Web-Mail, Auctions, and a directory index, Yahoo is one of the most popular search engines on the web.

One of the largest directories on the web, Google's Web Directory features 16 categories to choose from.
